OverviewGiven the fluidity of the virtual environment, various problems arise, including unfair competition, which has consequences for consumers. Thus, it is essential to analyse the subtle difference between unfair competition and the principle of free competition. This study was conducted using concepts of fraudulent agents, known as Cyber Pirates, who are easily located through the dictates of the Internet Constitution.
