OverviewTo Keep Her from Harm follows a mother's desperate flight across the US border into Canada. Her motives seem clear, her cause just: to keep her child away from her suspected abuser, the child's father. Laura goes on the run after the court disagrees with her suspicion that her ex-fiancé Steven was abusing Amanda, their three-year-old daughter. She becomes a fugitive from the law, the twosome living under a contrived identity. Seemingly safe in Canada, Laura and her daughter meet and bond with Kim, a struggling single mother with a daughter the same age as Amanda. As Kim begins to piece together clues that bring Laura's secret past to light, she must make a life-altering decision, torn between loyalty to her friend and self-interest. All the while, the FBI and a grieving father desperate to find his child are in pursuit-a huge award on offer for Laura's arrest.
