Reviews

'The work is a complete, well-structured and clearly written study about the protection, and the related problems, of third parties in the shipping context ... the nature of the book makes it a valuable tool which definitely deserves a place in the libraries of academics and practitioners.' Massimiliano Musi, University of Bologna
