Jess Palacios was born and raised in Manaus, Amazonas, Brazil, and later earned a degree in Social Services-though she always knew her true calling was writing. For the past decade, she has made her home in Southern California, where she lives with her husband and continues to pursue her passion for storytelling.When she isn't writing, Jess can be found lost in a romantasy or paranormal/gothic romance novel, sketching, exploring new places, or headbanging at metal concerts.
