Defan Guan, professor level senior engineer of Sinopec Petroleum Exploration and Production Research Institute, director of the editorial board of “Sino Foreign Energy”, and the former president of Sinopec Petroleum Exploration and Production Research Institute, has been engaged in theoretical and technical research on petroleum exploration and development, and strategic research and management of oil and gas resources for a long time. He is the author of Theory and application of limited space hydrocarbon generation in source rocks, and Theoretical Thinking on Basin Formation and Hydrocarbon Accumulation: From Basin to Oil and Gas Reservoir Dr. Zhongliang Ma,senior engineer of Sinopec Petroleum Exploration and Production Research Institute, manager of the Experimental and Research Center of Wuxi Institute of Petroleum Geology, has been engaged in scientific research and management work of petroleum experimental geology, oil and gas geochemistry, and unconventional petroleum geology for a long time. He graduated from China University of Petroleum (Beijing) with a major in Mineral Resource Prospecting and Exploration. He has authored or co-authored over 60 technical papers, and over40 conference presentations and technical reports. Yongqiang Zhao, researcher of Sinopec Petroleum Exploration and Production Research Institute, director of Wuxi Institute of Petroleum Geology, has been engaged in scientific research and management work of hydrocarbon accumulation and oil-bearing basin analysis for a long time. He graduated from China University of Geosciences (Beijing) with a major in Geological Engineering. He has authored or co-authored over 39 technical papers, and over 50 conference presentations and technical reports.
