Author Information

LIU Xiaochun is the president of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration. He has extensive work experience in legislation, WTO-related affairs, and disputes resolution, specializing in corporate law, securities law, international trade law, mediation, negotiation and arbitration. HE Yin is Assistant President of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, Director of China (Shenzhen) Securities and Futures Arbitration Center. She has extensive work experience as legal counsel of enterprises and governments, and also specialized in commercial arbitration. LIU Zhewei is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the Peking University Law School, specializing in civil procedure law, arbitration law, etc. He has served as a visiting scholar at the School of Law at UCLA.
