Gilda Zelin was born in Brooklyn, NY and graduated from Adelphi University with a BA in English and a Masters in Education. She and her husband retired to California, where she first began to write and paint. She published A Widow's Journey after her husband died, and Still Going in 2020, a book of paintings and musings. She wrote short stories for the ""First Person Singular"" program on a local radio station, and continues to write about her life experiences with sensitivity and humor. Gilda's life is filled with yoga, walking, painting and writing . . . and she is still going!
