OverviewDrawings to Listen brings together illustrations created between 2013 and 2025: a visual journey through themes that affect and challenge us-migration, feminism, abuse of power, technology, and ecology. An invitation to see with the heart and listen with the eyes. A collection that gives voice to the invisible, the urgent, and the profoundly human. Camila de la Fuente Sandner (Camdelafu), an illustrator and journalist born in Caracas in 1992 and based in Mexico City, draws the world with a critical and empathetic eye. Her work has received international recognition, including the Women Cartoonists Award (2020), the Berlin Law School Cartoon Prize (2020), and the Aydın Doğan Award in Turkey (2025), in the Empowered Girls, Empowered Future category. One of her pieces is part of the collection of the OAS Museum in Washington. She has collaborated with the UN, Rolling Stone, Save the Children, and Refugees International. She's also a mother, and every day she rediscovers the power of curiosity and play through her daughter's eyes. At the same time, she creates children's books that invite girls and boys to look at the world with curiosity... and a little rebellion.
