"Debbie is professionally known as Chef Sagajo. The name ""Sagajo"" is one that was created from the first two letters of her children's names: Sasha, Gabrielle and Jonathan. It is for this reason that the name has a special meaning and place in her heart. Her children have been the prime inspiration for her brand as a chef and culinary expert. Debbie's culinary career started early, for she was tasked with helping her mother prepare meals and, at times, assisting with the family's catering business. What started out as just helping mom, Debbie's relationship with the kitchen quickly blossomed into a passion, and at the age of sixteen, began creating her own flavors and decorating styles while baking cakes for her friends and family members. Her mother's inspiration and example gave her the foresight to explore her first love and complete a professional certification as a trained Chef at a top Culinary School in the United States. The way Chef Sagajo creates unique culinary experiences is with the selection of the finest ingredients, so she works with items and products she truly loves. These are prepared and blended perfectly into her recipes, to create dishes that awaken the palette to the deep, complex flavors and nutritious concoctions presented as works of art."
