Pevar served on the national legal staff of the American Civil Liberties Union for 45 years and has litigated more than 175 cases on a broad range of civil liberties issues throughout the United States. From 1971-1974, Mr. Pevar was a Legal Services attorney on the Rosebud Sioux Indian Reservation in South Dakota.
