Steven, a master service designer, has spent his career developing and improving Lines of Service (LOS) across almost every services industry. He and his business partner are co-founders of the International Service Design Institute. Naomi Lantzman has spent her career developing college and university courses around digital arts. She and her husband Jared have also founded and operate Signify Studio, a long-running, Tampa, Fl, -based boutique graphic and web design company whose focus is non-profit donor strategies.
