The First Cycle: NUE World Chronicles

Overview

Usually, a coming-of-age ceremony would entail feasts, music, and merriment, but in The First Cycle, a gripping science fiction epic, the journey from child to youth is paved with dread and shame, should Anibel Azure fail The Test. A heavy burden, and one the future Head of the Vaine Body must bear. Though Anibel is not the first, as old and new conflicts arise and ancient secrets bubble up, she may be the last. But she trades one test for another. In a time of warmongers subjugating and hurling humanity into the unknown, Anibel is the only one who can stop it.

Author Information

F.N. Knight was born into the third generation of the Children of God cult in Lawrenceville, Georgia, in 1991. Growing up on the road, the youngest of seven children, challenged her to adapt to new places and people at every stage of her childhood. She lived in Florida, Louisiana, and Arizona before age five. After the death of her eldest sister, V, her family established themselves in Texas. When F.N. isn't writing, she's, building floats and props in San Francisco and trying not to take every stray cat or free book home in Oakland, California.
