Author Information

Rick Atkinson is the #1 New York Times bestselling author of numerous works of history, including The Long Gray Line, the Liberation Trilogy (An Army at Dawn, The Day of Battle, and The Guns at Last Light), and the Revolution Trilogy (including The British Are Coming and The Fate of the Day). He has won numerous awards, including Pulitzer Prizes for history and journalism. Nora Neus is an Emmy-nominated producer, author, and freelance journalist with bylines in CNN, The Guardian, Teen Vogue, VICE News, POLITICO Magazine, The Washington Post, and more. She is the author of 24 Hours in Charlottesville- An Oral History of the Stand Against White Supremacy and 24 Hours at the Capitol- An Oral History of the January 6 Insurrection, among others. She also runs the media development and editorial services company Longform Lab Media Group. Federico Pietrobon is an illustrator and graphic novelist based in Italy. He has worked for numerous Italian and French publishing houses as a colorist and is the illustrator of the French-language graphic novel series Deep.
