There was a time when you could write a letter to a company, and they would write you back. Consumer Affairs, they called it. And they had a ton of money to burn, an ongoing effort to keep customers happy. As they loved to say in retail in times long gone: ""The Customer is always right!"" Mike Knox's first such letter was to Burger King. They sent him a pack of coupons for free hamburgers. Mike Knox is a stand-up comedian and actor known for the TV series Elkhorn and Cocaine Quarterback. On stage, he's appeared at The Comedy Store, The Ice House, and the Hollywood Improv. A graduate of Cal State Northridge, Mike sharpened his comedic instincts training with The Groundlings and Improv for the People in Los Angeles. Born in Boyle Heights and raised in Pasadena, Mike brings a unique blend of humor to every role. He's the author of three books and a passionate Epilepsy Advocate inspired by his daughter, Vivien.
