If you're like me, you have a lot of tattoos, and each one has a meaning. I started writing everything down to keep the details in my head. Things like Where did I get this done? and Who did it? I got my first one over 30 years ago at Bonzai Tattoo in Eva Beach, Hawaii. The artist's name was Bal Dasa, and I probably spelled both his names wrong. I wish I had written it down! I created this journal for just that reason. Now I won't forget any details, and when my kids ask about a tattoo, I can hand them my journal. Each entry takes up three pages. Page one is the guided page and asks you where and when you got the tattoo, where and how long did it take? Then there is space to answer a few questions. Page two is for additional thoughts because we're all different, and everyone will want to remember different details. Page 3 is where you paste your photograph of the tattoo in question.
