After obtaining BAs in Communication Arts and Sciences, Global and International Studies, and French and Francophone Studies from Pennsylvania State University, Joanne Augustin Giles worked in sales and marketing in corporate America. Just three years later, she made an intentional decision (pre-pandemic) to become a corporate drop-out. She then started her business, All Things Content LLC, a boutique digital marketing agency, as a marketer, copywriter, and content strategist.
