He is a professor and Head of Department for Interdisciplinary Research in Management at Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Belgrade University, and visiting professor at several Universities. In his teaching and research work, he has achieved substantial results: over 200 papers published in national and international congresses and journals (more than 20 of them are indexed in Web of Science) as well as more than 20 books and chapters. He has delivered numerous keynote and invited speeches. He has been chair or the member of various programme and scientific committees.
