His latest books are Mixed Methods Research in Language Teaching and Learning (2017), and The Routledge Encyclopedia of Research Methods in Applied Linguistics (2016).Ling Shi is a Professor in the Department of Language and Literacy Education at the University of British Columbia, Canada.
