Professor Charles Wild is Head of Law at the University of Bradford, Visiting Professor at Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, China, and a practicing solicitor specializing in the areas of Company Law, Commercial Contracts, and Corporate Insolvency. Professor Stuart Weinstein is a solicitor and attorney with over twenty-five years’ practice experience in the US, UK and Korea, and is a recognised expert on legal risk management in companies. He lectures at Aston University.
