DEAMER SKETCHBOOKS: In case you haven't heard, coloring books for all ages are becoming quite a passion. Perhaps, for many, a little coloring can still feed a passion for getting into a book, as well as allowing the satisfaction of finishing something. A few sketches are accompanied with a micro-story, to add context. Deamer Sketchbooks are meant to inspire you. Each sketch is partnered with a blank page-you can add notes, comments, poems, words of a song, or your own artistic doodles-innovation inspired by creative human activity. The idea is that this is a book that you can make your own. These are travel companions, whether you take it along, or you allow it to take you... In addition to my SKETCHBOOK SERIES, I've created a CULINARY ADVENTURE SERIES - TRAVEL FICTION. Omar T and his family are in a different city for each novel. The travel fiction aspect is enhanced with descriptions of actual sites, restaurants, bookstores, galleries and shops-including sketches, favorite lists and recipes. Diversity in race, religion, culture, language and sexual orientation not only exists within Omar's family, it is celebrated in these tales. Each Omar T book is independent, you do not need to read them in the order of their publication. Though, as the collection grows, there are occasional references to other books in the series. My life within the hospitality world, including owning my second restaurant in Salinas CA for twenty years inspired these foodie adventures, starting with OMAR T in MONTEREY CALIFORNIA.
