Dr. Debnirmalya Gangopadhyay is an esteemed academic and researcher with 18 years of experience in seribiotechnology, silkworm breeding and genetics, and sericulture. His expertise also extends to the development of silk protein-based nanoconjugates for commercial applications. Dr. Gangopadhyay is currently serving as an assistant professor in the Department of Sericulture at Raiganj University, India. Throughout his career, Dr. Gangopadhyay has made significant contributions to his field, publishing over 50 articles in prestigious national and international journals. His work is well-recognized, and he has been an active member of the editorial board and a reviewer for various reputable journals. Currently, Dr. Gangopadhyay is focused on innovative research involving smart silk sericin-based nanoconjugates aimed at enhancing the shelf life of food and vegetable products, showcasing his dedication to advancing. Dr. Amit Kumar Mandal completed his M.Sc. and Ph.D. from the University of North Bengal. Before joining Raiganj University, he served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Microbiology at Vidyasagar University under the UGC–Innovative Programme. He is currently the Centre-in-Charge of the Centre for Nanotechnology Science (CeNS) at Raiganj University. Dr. Mandal has over ten years of experience in research, teaching, and academic administration. He has published more than 70 SCI-indexed papers in reputed international journals and holds three research patents, with a cumulative impact factor exceeding 371 (JCR issued by WoS). He serves on the editorial boards of BMC Biotechnology and Journal of Nanotechnology. He is also a recipient of the RSC Applied Interfaces Early Career Advisory Board Award and the MRSC (Member of the Royal Society of Chemistry) recognition from the Royal Society of Chemistry. His research interests focus on chemical biology and nanoomics. Prof. Ismail Ocsoy is a professor in the Faculty of Pharmacy, Erciyes University, Kayseri, Turkey. He completed his M.S. and Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Department of Chemistry, University of Florida, USA. His research focuses on nano-biotechnology consisting of DNA Aptamer conjugated nanomaterial, cancer therapy models, anti-cancer, antimicrobial agents, and nano-bio-sensor for detection of antibiotic-resistant bacteria. He has published more than 70 papers in highly reputable and prestigious journals. Prof. Azamal Husen is a foreign delegate at Wolaita Sodo University, Wolaita, Ethiopia. He has served the University of Gondar, Ethiopia, as a full professor of Biology and worked there as the coordinator of the M.Sc. Program and as the head of the Department of Biology. He was a visiting faculty member of the Forest Research Institute, and the Doon College of Agriculture and Forest at Dehradun, India. Dr. Husen's research and teaching experience of 25 years includes biogenic nanomaterial fabrication and application, plant responses to nanomaterials, plant adaptation to harsh environments at the physiological, biochemical, and molecular levels, herbal medicine, and clonal propagation for improvement of tree species. Dr. Husen contributed to R&D projects of World Bank, ICAR, ICFRE, JBIC, etc.
