Author Information

Dr Gareth Moore is the author of a wide range of brain-training and puzzle books for both children and adults. He is the creator of online brain training site www.BrainedUp.com and runs the daily puzzle website www.PuzzleMix.com. He gained his Ph.D from Cambridge University in the field of Machine Learning, and has contributed to various advanced projects for leading technology companies. Sidnet Pagnet (1860-1908) was a Victorian artist and illustrator, best known for his illustration for Arthur Morrison's Martin Hewitt detective stories and Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes series in The Strand magazine. George Wylie Hutchinson (1852-1942) was a leading British-Canadian illustrator who studied in London at the Royal Academy. He illustrated the works of several high-profile writers, including Arthur Conan Doyle, Rudyard Kipling and Robert Louis Stevenson. Hutchinson was a contributor to and the subject of the novel The Master (1895) by Israel Zangwill.
