Author Information

Craig A. Schilling, EdD is a Professor of Leadership at Concordia University Chicago, consultant, speaker and award-winning author. He is a former school business administrator, treasurer and CEO. He is the recipient of multiple national awards for his life-long service to education and school business management. He has served in key leadership roles in both state and national organizations. Daniel R. Tomal, PhD, is a Professor of Leadership Emeritus at Concordia University Chicago and teaches in the College of Engineering at the Illinois Institute of Technology. He has published over twenty-five books and two hundred articles and studies, and is a former school administrator, high school teacher, and corporate vice president.
