Rokko

Overview

Dr. Brett Hubbard made it his lifelong dream to master the scientific art of gene splicing. Little did he imagine, however, that his dream would turn into a horrific nightmare for the world when he endeavored to create a hybrid of a human and a chimpanzee. The end result was a strange primate that he and his dedicated protege Hollie Kennedy named Rokko. This creature combined the best attributes of humans and chimps, along with the combined savagery both are capable of, a recipe for bloody carnage in the making. The day would come when Rokko decided he had had enough of being a lab subject. And on that day he would lead a group of enraged laboratory chimpanzees on a blood-spattered spree of revenge against the humans who had used them... and anyone else who dared get in their way. Even more nightmarish was Rokko's plan to see if he could perpetuate his new hybrid species... by attempting to impregnate both human women and female chimps. Gene splicing had come of age, and the future was far darker as a result... Rokko is the greatest indulgence in pure horror brought to you yet by Christofer Nigro, author of the Nero prose werewolf series (starting with Nero Book 1: The Beast Emerges); co-author of Dorian Gray vs. Reanimator (with Pete Rawlik); and the seasonal chills of Halloween Horrors and Yuletide Horrors. Rated Ex (Explicit) for graphic violence (including sexual violence), strong language, intense themes, and horrific imagery. Hence, this book may not be suitable for sensitive readers.
