Moustafa El-Gindy is a Professor of Automotive Engineering in the Department of Automotive and Mechatronics Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science at Ontario Tech University, Canada. He has made extensive contributions to the field of automotive engineering for the last 40 years. He is the Founder and Editor in Chief of the International Journal of Heavy Vehicle Systems, a Fellow of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), and former chair of its vehicle design committee. Zeinab El-Sayegh is an assistant professor in the Department of Automotive and Mechatronics Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science at Ontario Tech University, Canada. Her research interests are related to on-road and off-road vehicle design, and autonomous and hybrid electric vehicle simulation. She is an assistant editor inthe International Journal of Heavy Vehicle Systems and a member of the vehicle design committee in the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME). She is currently involved in research related to tire-terrain interaction in cooperation with Volvo Group Truck Technology and the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC).
