She has qualified in MCom, PGDM in Finance and ICWAI, and has a PhD in Wealth Management. She has almost three decades of experience. She started her career by serving at Indian financial institutions, moved on to more challenging and global roles in the IT sector as a financial services consultant, and thereafter entered academics in 2008. While in academics, she has authored several publications in high-impact journals and books. She has successfully guided several PhD researchers. She also serves on various panels and editorial and advisory boards. She has several awards and accolades to her credit. Shalini Srivastav, PhD, has over 16 years of experience in teaching, research, and consultancy and almost three years of corporate experience. During these years, she has played many roles, including teacher, trainer, mentor, counsellor, and administrator. Her research areas are diverse and include financial management, financial services, investment management, project management, auditing, etc. In addition to organizing and participating in many conferences, seminars, workshops, and faculty development programs, she has published business cases and research papers in national and international journals and has been granted 14 copyrights.
