Alexander Ryzhkov is a Senior Research Scientist at the Cooperative Institute for Mesoscale Meteorological Studies at the University of Oklahoma. He is a Fellow of the American Meteorological Society. Dusan S. Zrnic is a Senior Scientist and Leader of the Doppler Radar and Remote Sensing Research at the National Severe Storms Laboratory. He is affiliated with the University of Oklahoma and is member of the US National Academy of Engineering.
