Carlton F. W. Larson is Martin Luther King, Jr. Professor at University of California, Davis School of Law, where he teaches constitutional law and legal history. He is the author of the books The Trials of Allegiance: Treason, Juries and the American Revolution (2019) and On Treason: A Citizen's Guide to the Law.
