About the Author: Tom Cossie brings six decades of experience to the music industry. His passion for music began with collecting 45 rpm records in a distinctive Pittsburgh market, where lesser-known artists often gained local popularity over mainstream hits. Drawing on his extensive knowledge of musicians and the record label executives behind their success, Cossie launched his career as a promotion specialist. By age 26, he had achieved the role of Senior Vice President at RCA Records. Over the next thirty years, he served as a music publisher, record producer, and artist manager.
