He earned his PhD in Management from Anna University, India, and holds Fellowship in Higher Education (FHEA) from the University of Stirling, UK. He has successfully secured research funding from various agencies in India and Oman and has organized numerous international conferences and workshops. He has also served as a reviewer for multiple international journals and books and is an external examiner for PhD thesis.
