Stuart Kaye is Director and Distinguished Professor of Law within the Australian National Centre for Ocean Resources and Security (ANCORS) at the University of Wollongong (UOW). Clive Schofield is Head of Research at the WMU-Sasakawa Global Ocean Institute, World Maritime University (WMU) in Malmö, Sweden and Professor with ANCORS, UOW.
