Between 2000 and 2002, he worked for the Energy and Environment Department of the IADB. Since 2002, he has been an independent consultant and has been hired by numerous institutions and companies, including the IADB, WB, CAF, GIZ, OLACDE, CEPAL and OAS, among others. Marina Yesica Recalde is an Argentinean energy and climate change economist. She is a researcher from CONICET and Fundación Bariloche, Argentina. Since 2012, she has provided technical assistance on energy policy to different Latin American governments financed by international institutions (UNIDO, UNEP, WB, CEPAL, and GIZ, among others).
