She has completed B.Sc. (H) and M.Sc. in Chemistry from Hansraj College, University of Delhi, and Ph.D. from the Department of Chemistry, University of Delhi, India. With over six years of expertise in both teaching and research, Dr. Gupta has contributed significantly to the scientific community with more than 30 research publications in esteemed national and international journals. Her research primarily revolves around the synthesis of innovative mixed metal oxides, exploring their applications in degradation of toxic pollutants, waste management and water splitting reactions. Dr. Gupta is actively immersed in exploring diverse programs on a nationwide scale across India. Dr. Ravinder Kumar is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry, Gurukula Kangri (Deemed to be University) Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India. Before joining Gurukula Kangri, he has served Ramjas College, University of Delhi. He has more than eight years of teaching and research experiences. Currently guided two Ph.D. scholars, completed 22 M.Sc. project, and one research project sponsored by UGC (ongoing). He completed his Ph.D. in synthesis, design, and application of catalyst from Department of Chemistry, University of Delhi, Delhi, and completed M.Sc. in Inorganic Chemistry from Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi, Delhi, India. He has more than 28 research articles including 2 book chapters of international repute. Dr. Vinod Kumar currently holds the position of Assistant Professor at Special Centre for Nanoscience, Jawaharlal Nehru University, situated in New Delhi, India. Previously, he served as Assistant Professor at Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi. His academic journey encompasses B.Sc. (Hons) in Chemistry from Kirori Mal College, followed by an M. Sc (Chemistry) and a doctorate in Materials Chemistry from the Department of Chemistry, University of Delhi, India. He has more than 10 years of teaching and research experience at undergraduate and graduate level. His research focuses around the synthesis, precise structural characterization, and in-depth property analysis of nanomaterials. Dr. Kumar’s research explores energy storage and conversion, design and engineering of nanomaterials, hydrogen generation via water splitting, and materials for Li-ion batteries. Additionally, his research delves into water purification and treatment encompassing effective elimination and degradation of dye effluents, heavy metals, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, antibiotics, and microplastic via photocatalysis and adsorption, waste management, nanotoxicity, and nanomedicine. Dr. Kumar’s contribution to the scientific community aim to utilize the principles of sustainability, eco-friendliness, and economic viability. He has more than 70 research publications in international reputed journals including one patent. He is the recipient of INSA Visiting Scientist. He has also disseminated his scientific results and popularize environment awareness by participating as keynote/invited speaker in the national and international platforms.
