He’s the Chairman of the Thyroid Committee-European Assocition of Nuclear Medicine and the Chairman of the Thyroid Working Group-Swiss Society of Nuclear Medicine. He also serves as Chairman of the Clinic of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging - Imaging Institute of Southern Switzerland in Bellinzona (Switzerland) and Consultant for integrated endocrine diagnostics at Synlab Switzerland (Lucerne). His clinical and scientific activities are mainly focused on the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid diseases with emphasis on molecular imaging, theranostics, circulating and predictive “in vivo” and “in vitro”.
