Overview"This instructor's guide is designed for use with ""Biochemistry and Molecular Biology"" 2nd edition by William H. Elliott and Daphne C. Elliott. It follows the organization of that book closely, with only minor changes in the order in which material is discussed. For each chapter there are four basic sections ""Objectives"" suggests student learning objectives. ""Course outline"" forms the largest part of the guide. Each concept is summarized in dot point form. Some instructor's may find that this section can be used as a source of lecture notes. There is cross reference to figures in the text book at appropriate points in the outline. The section on ""Discussion points"" is designed to provide suggestions about points that can be raised in tutorials or during lectures. The points are generally not simply factual queries but designed to allow more discursive treatment. Because of that they incorporate opinion into the suggested answers. Finally ""Questions"" are suggested following ""Discussion points"". Usually a student should be able to answer these from the material presented in the book."
