She is a member of the Board of the Adam Mickiewicz University Foundation in Poznan and serves as the manager for public relations at the Poznan Science and Technology Park, which is part of the Foundation. She has created and is the head of the ""Audiovisual Production” program (second degree studies) at UAM. From 2004 to 2010, she collaborated with TVP S.A. and then served as the spokesperson for UAM until 2017. She also headed the Press Office of the university. She is the author of numerous publications on journalism and media relations. She is a trainer and advisor in the fields of image creation and information policy. She is passionate about music (composing her own pieces and singing). Justyna Adamska is Deputy Director at Poznan Science and Technology Park, where she has been working since 2004.
