Paula Rubeiz was born in Ras Beirut, Lebanon, and studied Political Science at the American University of Beirut. She later pursued a Master's degree in International Affairs at King's College London. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Politics at the University of Stirling in the United Kingdom. Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates, she owns a business in the trade sector. She is also an accredited journalist with Dubai Media City.
