Author Information

Author Kelly Kaur grew up in Singapore and lives in Calgary. She is also known as Kanwaljit Kaur Bedi and loves to share that her name means Lotus Princess. Her first novel was Letters to Singapore. One of her poems went to the moon in 2024 on the Odysseus lander! Ilustrator Ravina Kaur Toor lives in Edmonton and loves to draw on her iPad every day. Her work beautifully blends her Punjabi heritage, Sikh faith, and Canadian identity.
