Overview""How to Speak with a Kitty: Comment Parler avec un Minou"" guides young readers in understanding the mysterious yet charming language of cats! This delightful, bilingual children's book-written in English and Francais-is an immersive experience with rhymes, a dash of French, and sweet hand-drawn renderings of cats that emphasize the magic in their eyes. These hand-drawn depictions make the kitties feel alive and relatable. This book flows naturally from her first book, ""How to Pet a Kitty,"" as author and illustrator Stacy Alexander once again captures the whimsical, delightful nature of kitties and encourages young readers to savor the message in each kitty's expression. Most of the drawings in this book are friends' cats, and each rendering depicts their name. You will see that each precious kitty has its own personality and its own special message for the reader. Before the story's end, you might just choose a favorite kitty-and you'll certainly enjoy discovering the wonderful language of cats!
