Examining new, innovative forms of public ot-for-profit affordable housing, Housing Shock makes a case for giving a legal basis to the right to housing, contextualising Ireland within the global housing crisis and linking its impact to generational, income, social class, migrant, gender and social inequality.  The deepening housing crisis in Ireland is having profound social, political and economic impacts on equality, wellbeing and health.
