Pavel Zgaga is Professor of Philosophy of Education at the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia and Director of its Centre for Education Policy Studies. Ulrich Teichler is Professor at the International Centre for Higher Education Research at the University of Kassel, Germany. Hans G. Schuetze is Professor Emeritus of Higher Education at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada. Andrä Wolter is Professor for Higher Education Research at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, Germany.
