Iryna Bashynska is a habilitated doctor and professor at AGH University in Kraków, Poland. She is a corresponding member of the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine and member of the Tax Consultants Union of Ukraine. She is the head of the two scientific topics financed by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. She has 3 PhDs, more than 200 publications, including 1 patent for industrial design, 10 monographs, over 100 articles (25 of which are indexed by Scopus), 65 teaching and methodological works, and mentors students who win prizes at student Olympiads, competitions of scientific works, and competitions run by local authorities. She has also achieved successful commercialisation of scientific projects for businesses. Dagmara Lewicka is a habilitated doctor, full professor, and head of the Department of Business and Enterprise Management at AGH University in Kraków, Poland. She is an expert in human resource management (HRM), training and development, and organisational behaviour with more than 20 years of experience as a consultant and business coach. She conducts research on issues related to organisational commitment, engagement, HRM practices, organisational trust, green employee behaviour, and green HRM. Her research interests range from public organisations to companies of all sizes. She is the author of over 200 publications, including 5 monographs. Svitlana Filyppova is Doctor of Economics, professor, and director of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Economics and Management at the Odesа Polytechnic National University, Ukraine. She is the founder of the Economic Scientific School of Innovative Transformation (which has 37 theses under her scientific supervision, including 12 doctoral and 26 candidate theses, as well as 1 doctor of philosophy). She is the author of more than 300 scientific, educational, and methodological works, including 58 monographs, 142 scientific articles (18 of them indexed in Scopus and Web of Science), 18 certificates of copyright registration, 1 textbook, and 21 study guides for institutions of higher education. She is an expert member of the Scientific Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the National Research Fund of Ukraine. Olha Prokopenko is Doctor of Economics, professor, and researcher at the Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences; professor at the Academy of Applied Sciences Mazovia; professor at Sumy State Makarenko Pedagogical University; and president of the Scientific and Technical Organisation Teadmus. She is the head of about 30 scientific topics (4 of them financed by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine), 3 doctors of science, 10 PhDs, has published over 600 publications, 73 monographs, and 88 articles that have been indexed by Scopus and Web of Science. She has also achieved successful commercialisation of scientific projects for businesses. She was awarded the Gold Medal, named after M.I. Tugan-Baranovsky, and Honorary Diploma of Georgia National Institute of Economic Research.
