Tiarnie J has spent more than 15 years supporting children through play, learning, and life's big emotions as an educator. As a parent, she faced the challenge of explaining the loss of a loved one to her own children - the feelings, the funeral, and the process of saying goodbye. Unable to find a children's book that addressed these topics in a gentle, simple way, she decided to write her own. Through her writing, Tiarnie hopes to provide children and families with comfort, understanding, and a safe space to explore emotions during life's most difficult moments.
