Joshua Dysart is a multiple Eisner-nominated writer of books such as HELLBOY, SWAMP THING, CONAN, HARBINGER, BLOODSHOT, BPRD, and VIOLENT MESSIAHS. He wrote the critically-acclaimed UNKNOWN SOLDIER for Vertigo, as well as a graphic novel based on Neil Young's album Greendale. It spent two weeks at #3 on the New York Times Best-Seller list. In 2017, Dysart received the Dick Giordano Humanitarian Award for his work bringing stories from destabilized regions of the world to comic books.
