Carolina Aguerre is Associate Professor at the Universidad Católica del Uruguay, Honorary Co-Director at the Centro de Estudios en Tecnología y Sociedad (CETYS), Universidad de San Andres, Argentina, and Associate Senior Fellow at the Centre for Global Cooperation Research at the University of Duisburg-Essen, Germany.
