Fear Less is the essential guide for any parent, teacher or caregiver who wants to help young people manage anxiety with strength and confidence. Drawing on his decades of clinical experience and using powerful real-life stories and evidence-based techniques, David Coleman shows how to spot the early signs of anxiety, understand what’s happening in a child’s mind and body, and use simple, practical tools to calm and reassure them. You’ll discover how to: Recognise the triggers and patterns behind anxious behaviour Soothe and support children emotionally, physically and cognitively Build resilience and self-belief that last a lifetime. Warm, wise and full of hope, Fear Less gives adults the confidence to guide children through fear – and teaches families how to face life’s challenges with courage, calm and connection.
