This book is written in the ""I"" statement as much as possible because it is my own personal experience and I have no idea how that was for you. I can't make a call on how anyone else feared through this time. The storm of being mandated was greater than I could have ever imagined. My relationships and livelihood have been forever changed. Let yourself really land in the body and feel the sensations that arise. Welcome emotion through. Notice the stories that mind wants to tell you while you read. The memories that arise for yourself and feel it all. I offer this as a way for you to reflect on your own journey. Allow any physical pain in the body to be present, dive deeper into the heart of it and open wide. Listen in the silence. I gave it up to the mystery, I took this opportunity to build my own relationship to the divine. Light and love is that vast. I believe in humanity. Thank you.
