Being an empathetic person is a sure way to experience more stress and possibly more turmoil within ourselves. Learning new ways to cope as we age can be a life-saving force for our soul. Foraging in nature has been an annual hobby for Deb-Sue to collect natural edible plants, berries, and mushrooms. Also, seeking solitude alone in nature can help us to meditate and release old thought patterns which could hold ourselves back from excelling into our future. Grounding can also be so beneficial for our well-being, and can be a major stress reliever.
