Overview

These meditations are meant for therapists to use in session with clients. Effective psychotherapy is a balance of art and science. Education offers knowledge and skills training; however, embodied client healing happens when tools and techniques can be employed in an authentic, individualized way. These meditations foster right-brain-to-right-brain processing to activate and rewire implicit memories and subjective affect states, while promoting mind-body awareness. These works include elements of psychoeducation, compassion, metaphors, humour and playfulness.
