Roscoe, an orphan in the City of Nines on the planet Izeal, celebrates his birthday every year with his best friend, Henry. His 21st was supposed to be no different, but after a few drinks at the house, everything quickly changed. Roscoe began to experience things he had never had before. What started as a dream in a world without dreamers soon transformed into reality.
